The interview process was simple & streamlined. I spoke with someone from HR followed by another interview with the head of the office. Both interviews were conversational. After having the interview with the head of the office I was offered the role.
Straightforward, friendly interviewer and basic questions (typical behavioral questions asking about my interest in the role and previous experience) the role was a bit specialized so he wanted to know how my existing experience tied into this role and what I would be able to bring to the team
Three stage interview process, first was online (MS Teams) with someone from HR, this was quite brief. Second was in person with members of the team in the Margaret Street office, third was with the director of the team
