Interview
This process was transparent and simple. HR reached out with a set of questions. Then the senior program manager reached out via email to set up a phone interview, following a video interview with the director.
It was smooth, nothing surprised. The questions being asked are pretty normal, like "Tell me about yourself? Why are you interested in our organization?" Overall, if you're familiar with your own resume, you gonna be fine. The interviewer is nice.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Save the Children US (Washington, DC) in May 2015
Interview
For the first interview, the HR individual almost forgot about the call. Second interview, went fine I followed up with the required documents. I was given a one week turnaround time, when I didn't hear back I was told that they were still finalizing their decision. I emailed again and same answer was given. I never received an answer from HR.
