Process took two weeks. Phone interview with very friendly and encouraging recruiter. In person interview set up a week later. Not a long interview and basic questions asked.

What is your preference for customer service - to initiate contact or to be approached behind a desk.
Very quick. Was for the opening of a new location, and they needed to hire many people quickly before the store opening. Was with one assistant store manager, less than 10 minutes.
