Interview Process consist of 3 rounds. First & Second was technical.3 round is HR based on IQ & personality test. first interview was taken by QA lead after finalization interview was taken by CTO

Interview
The interview process typically involves screening resumes, conducting phone or video interviews, followed by in-person or virtual interviews with multiple rounds of questioning. Interview process began with correspondence via email through "Skeeled", which is basically a recruitment and hr platform. I was asked to record a few videos of myself answering a couple of questions. After moving on to next round I was asked to complete am assessment exercise which was fairly easy but required a bit of creativity. After that a interview was scheduled with one of managers asking technical questions and also presenting my assessment response. In the end I was ghosted completely, rendering the amount of time (I spent pursuing this potential job) completely useless. Very unprofessional people.
