I interviewed at Saskatchewan Polytechnic (Saskatoon, SK)
Interview
The major component of the interview is a teaching demo. Make sure that you spend time on developing this. It is obvious if you are using resources that someone else created and posted online. Don't do that. I have Been involved in the hiring of an instructor and this happens too often.
There are also typical behaviour based questions and technical question that probe your expertise in the subject.

I applied online. I interviewed at Saskatchewan Polytechnic (Moose Jaw, SK)
Interview
A lot of unpaid pre-work. Had to prepare a PowerPoint and teach a full mock lecture. Was also asked to prepare a lesson plan that they weren’t interested in seeing. This took more than 20 hours to research and prepare. I was asked to apply more than once to apply and that no background in adult education was necessary. And then all the interview questions were about my non-existent adult education background. Total waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Saskatchewan Polytechnic (Regina, SK) in Aug 2022
