Interview
There are like two rounds based upon the timing and availability of the management. First interview is initiated by the HR recruiter Itself. He/She will ask simple basic questions and will assign you your job role according to the comm. skills you exhibit. Next Interview will be done by the process head or the manager which also in turns will ask you same question with just different novelty, Even though you'll not be selected they will be diplomatic about it.
