I was referred by a former colleague of mine, within a few days I received a request for a self-paced one-way video interview. The questions weren't necessarily hard, but there was some redundancy and it felt very impersonal. After the interview was submitted, I had no point of contact to reach out to for follow-up insights. I basically didn't hear back at all until I got an automated email regarding the rejection.
