Sartorius Graduate Trainee Program interview questions

Applied through their website and got an email and phone call one week later. Submitted a one way video interview and received a phone call the very next day after. Got rejected right away through email after the phone call (which they said just to explained the whole program and not count as interview). I felt like they didn’t even take time to properly screen and review my submitted one way video.
