I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sartori (Plymouth, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
I was first screened by a member of the HR team to go over my resume and ask general questions. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, where she went over my resume and asked typical interview questions, such as leadership, overcoming difficulties, and so forth. The whole process from application to interview was a few weeks. After that, it took 2 weeks to a month to receive notification of an offer.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sartori (Plymouth, WI) in Jan 2023
Interview
A initial phone interview was scheduled. HR rep called 10 minutes late. Clearly not a person that knew anything about the position. Weird questions, listened to him tell me about the turkey's outside his window. Then ghosted never heard a word back. Bad representation of the company, can't say it's a place I'd take a chance on. If your not important to them during the hiring process, how important will you be once inside?
