I had a couple of initial interviews with people who had formerly been in the junior associate position. I then had to take a writing test, followed by speaking with the head of HR. I finally had a meeting with the heads of the office that I would be working at. Overall process took about 3 months.
1 writing test (English + Chinese), several rounds of interview with the teams in Hong Kong, New York and San Francisco, and final interview with the MD in Hong Kong.
Started with an informational conversation with HR , then my resume was passed to a satellite office where I had multiple rounds of phone and in-person interviews with people at different levels. Overall a straightforward experience that lasted roughly 3 weeks.
