They contacted me a little while after applying and sent me a programming test. Completed it and got it back to them within 24 hours, and nothing. No response, no thank you, not even a confirmation they got the test, even though I sent it to the email address they told me to. It's been around a month and a half since I last heard from them. Very unprofessional.
