Es un proceso complicado que requiere mucho conocimiento sobre la materia y preparación. Inclusive, una preparación de saber como responder las preguntas que se van planteando durante la entrevista. Inclusive, puede que haya mas de un entrevistador que este ya trabajando en el departamento para que ambos vayan planteandote situaciones diferentes para que puedan observar como lo resuelves y vas saliendo de las dificultades.

The first round is a group interview comprising of three components:
1) Self Introduction
2) Behavioural question
3) Group discussion
The second round is an interview with the hiring manager. They will ask about your past experiences and assess your fit with the company.
