This was a panel interview it consisted of senior Vice Presidents and 2 floor managers. They asked the general questions about work experience from previous job. They also asked about desired shift hours and how you can contribute to the company.

What was the most difficult decision you had to make in your career?
Fast and easy. It’s a 2 part process then meet with managers and avp on the 2nd interview. You hear back from the pretty fast. The pay is also pretty good for all departments

When did you have to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle it
Management is a joke! And lazy! They make up excuses to not do the basics. Everyone has a different way of doing things and they all think they are better than everyone. I wouldn’t recommend it
asked a bunch of questions that didnt really pertain to the job that i had applied for. it was a very quick interview and very relaxed. From start to finish my interview was probably fifteen minutes long
