The interview process is 2 rounds long. First round is kind of an Assessment Center, with just aptitude tests. The tests were about social skill and some logical reasoning question. Second round you have two different interviews, the first is with two HR, competency based and nothing more. The second interview is with the head of the department. It's a really easy interview that is meant just to present your self and to ask questions about the specific department and the day to day job to be done
