During my role as a Business Transformation Services Intern at Alvarez & Marsal in New Delhi, I was assigned to a critical project involving pre and post-M&A deal advisory for the largest insurance company in Sri Lanka. Task:

I also utilized my technical skills in Excel to create a comprehensive 7-page financial analysis report, benchmarking 20 insurance players on competitiveness, risk, and synergy capabilities.
Result:
My adaptability led to the successful completion of the project within the original timeline. The detailed financial analysis I provided resulted in a 6% increase in the overall competitiveness of the divestment recommendation.
