The interviewer was friendly, warm and welcoming. was asked how I heard about Santander and what drew me to apply for a job wit Santander. I was frank and told them that I worked for Santander for 32 years but got an offer after the Branch I worked at closed. I decided to come back to the bank.
It was straightforward. Applied online. Got a call to schedule a in-person interview with the branch manager. Questions were simple. Come prepared with answer about questions regarding customer service. Also emphasize your ability to upsell products and services the bank offers. That will really catch your interviewer's attention.
Sit down with the district manager who asks you basic interview questions. Asked about my experience, and other common interview questions. Overall it was pretty painless and not bad to get through.
