Interview
After submitting my CV and completing an online test which tested numeracy and customer service skills I was contacted to arrange a telephone interview for the following week. I passed the telephone interview and was invited to attend an assessment day the following day. At the assessment I had to do a second numeracy test, a role play and a face to face interview. I was offered the job later that day on the basis that I passed a credit and background check.

Interview
Very clear process, they tell you exactly what to expect at each stage and tell you what you've done well at and things to improve on.
First there is a phone interview, then an assessment centre. It is broken down into a numerical assessment, role play and then a one to one interview

A telephone interview followed by an assessment center including a competency test, face to face interview and a role play which in total lasted about 3 hours but was comfortable and not overly professionalised.
