Firstly a call to arrange a phone interview, which was simple and got me an invite to an interview in person. There were about 10 of us present for that. Here we had a simple test, a role play imitating a telephone call with a customer in distress, and then a formal interview/conversation.
There was a big emphasis on making sure we weren't nervous for the various tasks, but I felt it went a bit over the top, although I feel that they had a lot of roles to fill so it was in their best interest to make sure they could get everyone in. It felt a bit demeaning instead of uplifting.
The remuneration is pretty terrible and expectations for mistakes to achieve your bonus seems achievable but very tough. From what I've researched you can get better money talking on phones at other companies.
HR was very nice, a pleasure to be in contact with.
