Interview
Small group exercises which I'm informed vary each time - those who contributed the most (even with poor inputs) were hired. Those who said very little did not succeed.
The interview involved very few actual questions and was more of a test in the sense that we were given challenges, and our reactions to those were judged, rather than our answers to a question as would normally be the case.
