E-mail for setting up the HR interview. 30 minutes of interview with HR. General questions about your current role, experience and expectations. Very open and clear interview, you can learn everything about the job.
Phone call and first interview with HR. They were open but the general conditions were not as good as mine so I rejected. You can feel confortable and honest so they are as well.
