A very poor interview experience. Firstly I was asked to complete a task, rather than being sent the instructions to complete the task I was sent another interviewing candidates submission with their name all over it. The interview was scheduled via their online booking system with 2 interviewers, on the day neither interviewer turned up and I was told they had 'mis-read' their diaries. The best part of the experience was being advised that the hiring manager won't reschedule the interview (the one that they failed to turn up for that I was dialed onto) because they need to finish interviews by the beginning of the following week. I had given two days of wide availability to reschedule later on the following week, but clearly they expected me to drop everything to interview despite their error. There was no consideration at all for my time and effort put into this process, effectively hours of time wasted, and to now be told they're not going to reschedule is just poor candidate experience. For the team that is meant to protect brand reputation, they've done an incredibly poor job at doing just that.
