If you work in DSP in the the biotechnology industry, you will be able to pass the interviews for this position. People were very friendly and professional. The 4 hr series of interviews included a 1 hr presentation, 1 hr informal meeting with their team of Scientists and 1 hr human resources interview. all went well for me. I got the offer and declined it (tried to negotiate but no luck). I declined the offer because the base salary offered for me for this position was only 4000 dollars/year different from the base salary of a TECHNOLOGIST at Sanofi (a position one of my friends got recently), even though i hold a PhD from a well known university and i have a very good experience in Biotechnology industry.
Its not bad for people who want to get some experience, or for those who want to get their foot in the door.
I hope this will help people to mnage thier expectations when applying to Sanofi !
