The discussion was primarily technical. The interviewers noted that my background appeared to be more aligned with market research and commercial strategy, so they steered the conversation toward technical topics to assess my understanding of scientific and analytical aspects in greater depth.
It's very lengthy of 3 rounds 3 weeks at last hr don't even pick the call nor inform may be favoritism or strong reference required. But after every call hr says u are selected for next round but nothing was responded back

Overall nice, two folks took the interview. Senior one seems very neutral and other (junior) one was kind of just observing. Initially, Senior asked the questions and then junior.
They could have made a more better environment but I assume it was already evening and they just want to finish the process.
