Each call was significantly longer than expected. It was a bit disorganized and casual overall. The team was nice. All virtual meetings about 5 days apart. It didn’t feel like the right fit.

Do you have any experience with help desk support?
3 Interviews, 1 Design Challenge, overall smooth process, however timeline could be long depends how urgent they need the position to be filled. Therefore, I would say it's a long timeline for me but understandable under such a job market.
