I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories (Albuquerque, NM) in Feb 2022
Interview
Standard phone interview. They said they had to post this job several times and this was the 3rd or 4th They said they wanted to hire me, and to fill out a few documents to receive an offer. i filled out the requested documents and waited a week or so. i emailed them asking if they needed anything and they said it takes 5-10 days to review everything. I haven't heard back from them and it has been maybe a month.. if they do sent me an offer i'll probably decline because of this. i have since been contacted by LANL and currently work at LLNL. i used to be a contractor at SNL so i have learned this is a normal thing with their HR.
