Sandfield Associates NET Developer interview questions

1 - One-way interview (SparkHire.com) > It was 10 general questions. About yourself, Strength, Rate yourself for .net, SQL, JavaScript, Why SandField? etc 2 - Technical interview (HackerRank.com) > It was 10 total questions. 3 of 10 were SQL join queries to get the result from three tables, 1 React scenario to add items to the listview, 3 Javascript predictions (there was a loop with 3 inner loops to select the result ) 3- Face to face Technical interview > there were two senior developers. most of the questions were based on the previous online test. apart from that, How to improve a database with large data,? What is SQL Union? previous projects, etc. 4 - Attitude testing survey (busdisc.com)> Just need to select a word Overall it was fine steps. After 4th step saying that I'm not selected :D Still don't know the reason :(
