Sandals Church interview questions

Please remember that it is legal for churches to discriminate based on religion. This was for a technical position. The job advertisement did not mention a specific religious requirement. I applied and received a invite for a google hangout interview. Had a good technical one on one with technical questions. I was also asked about which churches I had attended. Which pastors I like, etc. That was disappointing to me. Of course I do not know why I was not selected. It could have been for any number of reasons
