San Ysidro Ranch interview questions

I applied for the position through Indeed. I was sent an Indeed assessment to complete for detail orientation and another one both of which were entry level or out of high school assessments. Due to this I chose not to complete the assessments and my application was declined. I have over 10 years in combined office management, hospitality and executive support. Mu advice to San Ysidro Ranch: have a conversation with applicants instead of enforcing Indeed assessments.

They asked me questions about myself and why I wanted to work here. Asked for recommendations for dining, hiking, family friendly activities, suggestions for couples, and ideas of celebrating special occasions.
