Interview
Its a 45 min interview about the subject and previous experience. The interview depends on your depth in the subject and any experience in that area. Mostly questions would be related to the concepts in the cpourse of selection.
Interview wasn't difficult. I prepared a math lesson and simulated teaching for 1h. I didn't get any questions from the interview person. Heard from them 5 days after and they told me i got the job. Went through some training for 3 weeks and then started to work with students.

Interview
Positions are based on your GPA. If your GPA is 3.5+, then landing a TA/RA position is fairly easy. Also, sometimes the faculty will contact you directly to arrange an interview and you may be offered on the spot roles.
