Interview
About 2 months after applying, I was contacted to take a 2 hour assessment test. I was notified at the end of the day that I had passed and was scheduled for a first level interview 1.5 weeks after the initial exam and e-mailed a dataset that I had to analyze and create a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation on. The first level interview was through Zoom and I was given 15 minutes to respond to a written prompt. Afterwards, I was connected with an HR generalist who explained that the interview panel was next and tested the screenshare option to ensure that the PowerPoint was viewable on his end. The interview panel consisted of the Director, 2 senior research analysts, and the HR generalist. After delivering the presentation (you'll be stopped once your 10 minutes are up), the interview panel began asking pre-determined questions. The interview panel keeps their cameras off and do not ask for clarifications/follow-ups due to policy of treating all candidates the same. I was allocated 70 minutes for the first level interview. The following day, I was invited to the second level interview, which was 1.5 weeks after the first level interview. The second level interview was in-person and with the Director and Vice Chancellor, with the HR generalist present. The second level interview was more candid and both parties were allowed to veer off-topic to ask questions. I was allocated 45 minutes for the second level interview.

Interview
It's a joke. They only went through the motions as they already had their internal candidate yet asked that we do presentation probably to be used to solve their issues. 33 candidates were interviewed and that was known because the HR person sent a blanket rejection letter with everyone's email on it. So that itself should tell you about the competency of their people.

Interview
Interview process was very lengthy. If you apply for a job here be prepared to waste about 2-3 months. The interview process consist of a written exam, based specifically on the job title. They will ask you questions about the districts CBA, benefits, payroll deductions which require you to know basic math. This test is done on a scan-tron in a large conference room with 30 other people. Once you pass the schedule you for a second interview. The second interview consist of another witting exam but on the computer. There is a time frame for you to review the interview questions, then you are shoved off into a room with 3-7 board members for a panel interview. The odd part about the interview is the panel members read you the questions, you answer and on to the next question. You can not ask anyone questions and the never ask you questions. Once you are done with the interview you are escorted out and you are told to keep your schedule open for the second round of interviews. Highly ridiculous the entire process.
