first got CV through a friend of a friend. he introduced to a vacancy and got in touch with the hiring manager. communicated with the hiring manager, arranged for an interview and went in for an interview. first about an hour talking about several things with the hiring manager, then the immediate supervisor joined in and talked more about the role/work for about half an hour. Then the director of the division came in and talked mostly about "who i am" for about half an hour. not invited for second interview, notified in a week.
