Interview
Once your document is passed, you'll be brought up to the interview. Interviewer consists of director (top management of organization), group leader and part leader for the organization which the applicant will belong to. About 15 mins time will be given for presentation. Then Q/A session.

Questions are not difficult to answer if you're honest about your CV. They're just asking your R/R for the project. Interviewer is very focusing on the attitude and also trying to catch whether the applicant is smart or not. So you should be able to articulate your thought very well, which will give them an impression that you're bright.
