they start with CV shortlisting , followed by aptitude test which is more toward data interpretation. after this technical interview takes place which is followed by another round by plant head. after this a hr interview takes place . and the result are mailed. most of the time immediate joining is done.

Interview process was great. A strong knowledge of electrical engineering subjects like DC motors, generators and control system is required. Additionally strong communication and presentation skills will help a lot.
