Two interview process - one with manager level (45 min) and sencond in person with two directors (1hr). May have excel test in the interview process. Overall, not hard questions, but they will test you on your korean.

Why Samsung out of all the famous brand companies?
Short, to the point. If interviewed by a Korean, they’re assessing experience more than personality. Business casual in California. No slacks or heels worn by the Asian culture here. Age doesn’t matter. Very young to quite old is considered equally. There’s a high turnover that is quite rapid so make sure to ask what the day to day functions of the job are and how others have failed or excelled at the position. Why is the position open ?

It was really good interview at that time. I would recommend to other candidates. This global company has lots of learning when you work. But there tough working time in this company.
