Samson Management interview questions

The hiring process was very easy. I was asked only a few questions that were easy to answer. It was a one on one with the property manager. Some of the questions were, "What are my strengths and weakness?" 'What are some of past experiences?" "Why did I want to work for the company" and "when can I start?". I was offered the position in a few days and start worked the following week.

Not much questions just meet the controller after taking simple in-house accounting exam and get hired during the busy season which starts from January thru April. The overall experience was good. Please be carefull when they eager to give you an offer for you to start right away especially during the busy season from January thru April.
