Interview
I had 3 interviews total. One quick one with my recruiter to qualify me then one with my now manager then one with another manager and the Director of Sales. I felt very comfortable in each interview setting and it was a wonderful process with clear expectations set at each call for what next steps were. The timeline moved quickly and the whole process was within a 3 week time span. I am now a few weeks into my role and so grateful to be here!

Interview
Pretty straightforward overall, first call, then a manager zoom, then an 3 manager panel zoom. Asked me about my previous role, performance, attainment. No mock customers call or role plays.
The interview process was pretty smooth. They were looking to hire pretty quickly, so I met with the recruiter first. Then I met with the hiring manager. Moved onto the virtual onsite interview, where I had 2 separate interviews.

Super smoooth process!
-No interrogation feels
-Very conversational and comfortable
-They all loved their jobs and had great energy
1st) Phone Screening with Recruiter (Yasman is awesome and explained everything in great detail confirming a fit on both ends.)
2nd) Convo with the hiring manager (gloss over what you know about the company then speak on resume and motivations.
3rd) Talk with 3 more managers, one being a director. 30mins each and could be scheduled one after another. Each has a theme they note in an email but basically going over motivations, cultural fit and knowledge.
Boom that's it. Start to finish was just over a week.
