Had my initial screening call which went great. It sounded like there was a lot to like about the company, and I was looking forward to the application process. The recruiter then asked to schedule my second call. This is where everything went downhill. I was told to provide my availability, and then upon confirming a meeting time, I would have my second interview. I never received a confirmation email and missed my interview. I told my recruiter, he implied I must have missed the email which I can promise I did not since I checked it daily looking for my confirmation email. He then apologized after realizing it was never sent, and he said he would schedule another one for me. We went through the same process, but once again, I never heard about a confirmation time. Two weeks later I received a rejection email. It's pretty worrisome as an applicant to feel that you need to be ontop of your recruiter.
