It started with a standard application process with a screening call from the recruiter who gives you an overview of the company. After that I was invited to an in-person interview with eight different people in three groups. It was a lot of the same questions over and over.
I was invited back for a second round, which included an on-site assignment with pre-work and another round questions with a group of three additional people. It ended with a “we’ll be in touch.”
The next morning I received an automated rejection email from the system they use. Out of curiosity I emailed the recruiter asking for any feedback they could offer. The recruiter copy and pasted the auto response as a reply.
I’m not upset I didn’t get an offer. Truthfully, I was on the fence if I would take the job if it was offered to me. What I find disrespectful and caution people from wasting their time applying at Sammons is the end. The time put into the application, the screening call, the assignment, the pre-work and interviews with 11 total people to get an automated rejection is absurd. To then get the same response copy and pasted back to me when I ask for feedback (oddly enough a topic that came up several times in the interviews) is outright clear they don’t value my time.
Can’t say I would recommend wasting your time either.
