Interview
Standard interview, quite tricky questions. But really poor aftercare- it's like as soon as they decide not to hire you there's absolutely no care or consideration as you're of no use to them. Asked for interview feedback, heard nothing after two weeks. Chased them, still nothing for another two weeks. Rang up head office, got told that their HR department was very busy (not apologetic, seemed huffy with me for chasing) but to email a specific person and they'd get back to me that week. That was another 3 weeks ago and still had nothing! The whole time I was doing interviews for other organisations which the feedback could have been really helpful for. It's of no consequence now as I have a new job but it reflects really poorly on the organisation how they treat people that aren't useful to them right now. Wouldn't apply again.
