There were two interviews, one with the Team Leader and the other with the Coach. The coach ultimately had the final say. The interview process was a bit long at the time but depending on your coach, it was up to him which question was more important to him.

The manager went over the company work process. We talked about job duties and took a walk around the store to all departments. We then sat in a small room and watched safety videos.

Questions. Things went smooth and me and I even got asked about the job, I declined due to scheduling but it was great!
it was just one simple interview they asked questions about my education and why I wanted to work at sams club. They also talked a lot about teamwork and if I previously had any experience in leadership whether it be for a job or in school.
