Interview
They asked too many personal questions and they were very unfriendly. They also seemed in a big hurry to get the other applicants in and just didn't take their time. I felt they don't care much on who they hire. They are not consistent on the questions asked.
The interview process was pretty average. They made sure I could work certain shifts and be a member of a team. All of the questions were pretty basic and average.

It was good and low stressful process. First step, set up for quick call. They asked me about my background, my experiences with customer services. At the end, aske for the next round of interview in-person.

Asked about hypnotical question of the customer being hard customer and how would you handle it.
Nice ir was quite lengthy but the office was nice and the interviewer was kind. I had to wait a long time which i was discouraged all in all the prices were good enough to skip
