was quick since i had past experience and was already familiar with the standard operating procedures and had worked this position in the past and was on LOA from my last job in another state

Pretty simple. Talk yourself up. Depending on the manager just be yourself and be honest. Previous experience is a plus for sure. Last about 30mins to an hour depending on the person.
