I applied online. I interviewed at Sam Houston State
Interview
The interview process was conducted by 2 ladies who worked there and were department heads. I was mainly asked about my work experience, and how they would tie in with this job. As well as, if I was a fast learner.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sam Houston State (Huntsville, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
I sat in the department conference room with the department chair, graduate director, and several professors. I was familiar with most of the people in the interview because I had taken classes from them and they knew I was a good student. My interview was just a casual meeting with these individuals where they explained the details of the job and asked if I would like to become a Graduate Assistant. This wasn't a job I applied for, but was more recruited to by professors I had a good relationship with.
