What a joke, it took 3 months to hear anything back from them. Just when I was ready to accept, and should have accepted what would have been a better job, they finally sent an offer letter.

Interview
Phone screen followed by assessment followed by another phone screen followed by another assessment. Final steps would have been another interview via phone and then at their main HQ in SC. The final assessment offered no disability accommodations so I was removed from consideration for the position. 2nd company in a month that could care less about making accommodations for the disabled.
