Management at this store is extremely knowledgeable and friendly I got along with them immediately and the interview was with two people and went great almost an hour long but very informative! I was a little underprepared but my experience in beauty retail made up for it. If I could do it again I would prepare more customer service stories and practice my selling tactics. They had a lot of behavioral questions and asked me to sell a product to them:)

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
The interview was extensive but simple. It was obvious they were needed employees so I basically got hired on the spot, Very high likelyhood all interviewees get the job. Management is very poor though.
Simple interview, was about 15 minutes long and fairly simple questions (what are you looking for out of this job/what interests you about working here/etc). Ended up getting the job offer a few days later.
I applied and was contacted for an interview. I interviewed with store manager. Standard interview questions. Overall very easy interview. I was offered a position for beauty advisor the same day.
