Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. They mostly ask about availability, if you are able to drive, and if you have ever worked in retail. A lot of questions centered around sales and if you are able to make customers buy more products.

Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.
