Interview
I found the ad on Craigslist for telemarketing from home which is exactly what I was looking for. The hiring process started with an online application followed by reading a script to a phone message machine. After approved, I received an email with additional information needed to access their website. Once logged on, they have videos, scripts, and other training materials to learn what you need to learn. I have a lot of telemarketing experience, so I flew through the hiring process.

Interview
Everything is done by on-line application, and a 'voice reading script' in a voice mailbox. You get notified, and hired, by email. Training is all in the website. You can talk to staff if you need to, but they hire experienced people that can take the ball and run with it.
