My application was progressed to the interview stage approx 7 days later via email invite. Initial Zoom call with HR & Talent Acquisition lead. Included in the email was a case study and mock up role play slide deck. The task was a cold call telephone pitch to a business in the automotive market. The content included a product description, problems / solutions, a draft script and objection handling examples. You had to prepare for the call using the content provided. Zoom call format: 1: Short intro (small talk) to break the ice. 2: Asked what I knew about SalesRoads? 3: Introduced SalesRoads in more detail, spoke about the value proposition, founders history and the role. 4: Sales Cold Call Role Play (ring ring) 5: Role Play feedback and comments - I asked how I performed in comparison to others and expectation. 6: Question time - Interviewer asked me questions about my experience and why this role appealed to me. I also asked the interviewer a number of questions about SalesRoads, the culture, how the clients work with the Org, KPI's and career progression
