The first interview was straightforward and traditional. The interviewer explained the history of the company, what the job entailed, and I was asked some common interview questions (a time you failed, a time you didn't agree with your supervisor, etc.). Then as a little "test" for this role, was shown a marketing sample and asked to rate its pros and cons. The second interview was relaxed and casual, mostly gauging how I would fit in with the culture there.

I applied online and received a follow up email asking for samples of my work. Upon submitting those, I followed up and was asked to participate in a phone interview, which took about 45 minutes. Roughly one week later I was asked to come in for an interview and about a week and a half after the in face interview I was offered the position. The in person interview was somewhat formal, I spoke with my immediate boss, another director I will work closely with, and the GM. It lasted about an hour and a half in total.
