Saipem Instrumentation Engineer interview questions

I submitted to the HR email, and i was called for interview and the panels drilled me from my past experiences. So i was able to answer the technical aspect very well but when it comes to management questions it seems difficult.

Position was a graduate trainee engineer. Had a technical test on simple instrumentation topics like valves, process variables, sensors etc Than had a technical interview with the Lead Instrumentation Engineer and HR representative Was asked general HR questions like motivation, weaknesses etc. The technical interview involved questions on instrumentation. Also a P&ID was used and was asked to identify some symbols and also interprete a control scheme
